Dear Friend,

BE CONTENTED AND COOL 

We dont  need to compare ourselves with anyone. If at all we need to compare ourselves with some one else, let it be a person who is less fortunate, and let it be a lesson to learn just how abundant  our  life  truly is.  And how fortunately blessed we are to be so  when compared !

Another  important thing is,   we have to be grateful  for what we possess. We may feel we need more , to be happy.  We will then be no more happy because there is no end  our need to be more happy. We will continue to be needing more and more.....

We are blessed to be born human beings.  Of all the creations of God, man stands alone, because he alone stands.He is known as a rational animal .Let us be ourselves. let us love ourselves and accept everything,  that we are.  We are beautiful .Believe it my friend, and most importantly remind this to yourself quite often to stay cool.
