LISTEN TO THIS

I am giving below briefly some real facts in our lives which we know already but dont care to remember and practice the right way.....Hope after going through this you will agree with me....
                  
Many of us do not take life easier. We always complain we  are not  happy,  obviously, because we  are holding on to some avoidable objects in our  mind, which produces in return some pain, stress, and suffering as a reward for being attached to it.  There are some simple methods by which we can enjoy life living it  a tension and stress free life.

1. YOU NEED NOT BE ALWAYS RIGHT.   If you wish to be so, you are sure to  lose great relationship and freindship.  It is not worth it.  Quarrelling for proving who is right and who is wrong results in strain of human bond.  It develops the ego in the person's attitude..

2.   YOU DONT NEED TO  CONTROL:   Let things happen as they are to be as circumstances and conditions warrant it.  Accept  what is, which will avoid disappointment, and keep you remain balanced and peaceful. Everything will get settled on its own which is  Nature's order because as Lao Tzu says: The world is beyond winning

3. YOU DONT BLAME. GIVE IT UP.    What we have and don't have, is not caused by others, or what we feel or dont feel is not caused by others. By blaming others for our unhappiness and disappointment we lose our creative energy and exhibit our irresponsibility to control our own life..

 4.  DONT  SELF PITY, AND  GIVE UP  SELF DEFEATING TALKS . This will enhance and develop negative, polluted and wrong mind set.   Don't encourage such thoughts  in  mind .  The mind given by God  is an excellent instrument, and has to be used rightly. Otherwise it works becomes destructive ruining life.

5. DONT LOSE SELF CONFIDENCE.  By thinking that we do not  have  the requisite ability to do something or inability to do so, we are weakened physically and mentally.  Remember  a belief is not an idea held by the mind but something which holds the mind. 

6.  DONT CRITICISE  the things, events and people who are different than you.. God has created  everyone  different and  every one's views and thinking always differ which is common.   Everyone wants to be happy and loved. You must understand and accept everyone's right to hold on to his/her views 

7. NO NEED TO IMPRESS OTHERS.   We must stop trying so hard to be something that we  are not,   just to make others like us.  It doesn't work this way. The moment you stop trying so hard to be something that you're not, the moment you take of all your masks, the moment you accept and embrace the real you, you will find people will be drawn to you, effortlessly.

9 . RESIST NOT THE CHANGE.. Change is good. Change is inevitable.  Change will help you move from A to B. Change will help you make improvements in your life and also the lives of those around you. Follow your bliss, embrace change don't resist it.  'Follow your bliss and the universe will open doors for you where there were only walls.'' says  Joseph Campbell

10. NO NEED FOR LABELS.  Stop labeling the things, people or events that you don't understand as being weird or different and try opening your mind, little by little. Minds only work when open.The highest form of ignorance is when you reject something you don't know anything about.'

11. NO FEAR PLEASE..  Fear is just an illusion, it doesn't exist.  We created it. It's all in one's mind. Correct the inside and the outside will fall into place.'The only thing we have to fear, is fear itself.'  a good saying by Franklin D. Roosevelt

12. NO EXCUSE PLEASE. A lot of times we limit ourselves because of the many excuses we use. Instead of growing and working on improving ourselves and our lives, we get stuck and lie to ourselves, using all kind of excuses.  Mostly,  99.9% of the time, excuses  are not even real.
13. PAST IS PAST. LET IT BE SO.   Many of us believe that the past looks so much better than the present and the future looks so frightening. But, we  have to take into consideration the fact that the present moment is all you have and all you will ever have. The past you are now longing for the past that you are now dreaming about was ignored by you when it was present. Stop deluding yourself. Be present in everything you do and enjoy life. After all, life is a journey not a destination. Have a clear vision for the future, prepare yourself, but always be present in the now.

14.NO ATTACHMENT.  As time goes by , 
 with regular practice it is possible ''to be  detached''.  Giving up attachment is easier and beneficial. It doesn't  mean you give up your love for people, because love and attachment have nothing to do with one another. Attachment comes from a place of fear, while love is pure, kind, and selfless; where there is love there can't be fear, and because of that, attachment and love cannot co-exist,  you become so peaceful, so tolerant, so kind, and so serene. You will get to a place where you will be able to understand all things without even trying. A state beyond words.

15. WHY LIVE TO OTHERS' EXPECTATION?   What is the need for changing your life style to  suit others'expectation.  If so then  it means  we do not live a life of our own. No need to please everybody and live your life upto some other's  expectation.  You will lose your  independence and entitlement of happiness.  You forsake your need, your own desire and lose your original identity.   You have only one life granted for you to live happily and you must live it, own it, and live joyfully in your own way.
