THROW AWAY "DEPRESSION" AND GRAB 'STEADY MIND' - J.K. SIVAN
To be perfectly fit, we should get rid of depression.
A strong will to live and be an achiever are the most effective antidote to depression.
You know whom we adore as great leaders are not born but are trained and made to rise to the occasion. It is both physical fitness and mental robustness; It is wisdom, Valour, initiative to make decisions which are developed in a leader. Only a trained mind can make sound decisions under stress; the disciplined mind and wisdom, purity of thought and action, devotion to duty and dedication to cause -- these achieve victory``.
Such a person can turn `impossible`into the possible. Remember how Krishna motivated and boosted the morale of weak Arjuna to fight.!
Mind which is steady, strong, liberated and motivated gives proper signals to the body to do the right action.
Gayatri Mantra, exhorts the individual to train his mind for right action at the right time. The Gayatri Mantra is a powerful
prayer – to motivate the mind of the devotee – so that he or she does not go astray. Steady mind offers the body, nerves of steel. Display amiable disposition towards friends and a killer instinct for the foe. Through training of minds they become high achievers both in peace and in war. They imbibe the spirit of the mantra – 'Dhiyo Yo Nah Pracho Dayat'' - achieving a very high degree of motivation through an inspired mind. As a part of the man management ,training of minds through mantras and suitable mental exercises is highly desirable.
For those simply engaged in earning, spending and saving, here are some tips, not given by me, but borrowed from the intellectual Mr Warren Buffet:
EARNING: Never depend on single income. Make investments to create the second source of income also.
ON SPENDING - If you buy things you don’t need then you will have the sell the things you need.
ON SAVING: Don’t save what is left after spending, but spend what is left after saving
ON TAKING RISK- Never test the depth of the water in the river with both the feet.
ON INVESTMENT-Don’t put all the eggs in one basket
ON EXPECTATION:-Honesty is a very expensive gift. Don’t expect it from cheap people
