HAPPINESS



LIFE IS FOR LIVING HAPPILY

Halt for a moment. Ask yourself an important small question.
''When did I last felt very happy? why and what was the reason? ''
Everyone is sure to give different answers ...''Oh .it was during the nice vacation we had'', ''when I made a big purchase'', ''when I was invited for an important social event,'' oh during a romantic activity with my wife...''
Everyone wants to feel happy in life and more often too..But one thing must be understood. Happiness is not related to any of these specific events or occurrences.

Find out first what makes you feel really happy. Of course everyone dreams of a good happy life
Money will not bring you the desired happiness. perhaps it may help a bit to be comfortable.. that is all.
Develop and be in a positive mood always.. Happiness will wait for you. Love the people around you. You will be loved many more times by all of them.

Set for yourself some motivation goal. Be determined to achieve it. All the causes of happiness listed in first part above, are momentary and NOT TRUE HAPPINESS.

Real selfless friends are a sourse of happiness. You extend the same to them. Love and affection should be both ways. Close friends are similar in their thinking and behaviour.

Remember your childhood always. You wil be able to identify what made you happy then will certainly make you feel happy when you think of it and re-live it. It increases your strength rejuvenating you and helps attain peace and happiness. I observed this in many readers whenever I write on my nostalgic experiences, thus helping them to recall their own past.

Most people don’t spend enough time to think of their basic values in life. What we liked as a boy or girl of 5 to 10 is not what we like now. Our likes of 30-45 yrs are no more the same today when we are 60-75

The very thought, constant it should be, that there is a superpower which governs our thoughts and deeds and if we fave faith in IT, whatever that emanates from us in the form of thought and deed would be nothing but proper. Psychologically it removes the tension in one, and he gains mental strength too.
Thus we should define what is our real liking in the present state of life and try to attain it. Dont follow or imitate what your friend does. His life is different from yours. Keep watching your own preferences in life and how they get modified, changed and transformed. Changing environment brings changes in our attitude, preferences and way of life which is applicable to everyone living. This practice will help observing our own mental growth.

Dont be emotional and dont succumb to situations. Create the self confidence in you to meet any situation and face the obstacles and changes and adverse situations, in the best possible positive mood.

Many complain that their life is without any meaning... It is not the fault of the life, but the living person.
You have to plan your life and live it exercising the best options before you after deep consideration of them.
Try to do one thing every day that matches the basic values that you have set for yourself. Move slowly and steadily. You will find the world moving with you accordingly.



Change with the Changes around is the best policy for survival in the world of competition. This does not mean discarding your duties and disciplined life pattern. Moving with others in the external world only involve certain changes.
