LIFE LESSON




                   FACING   CHALLENGES OF LIFE     -   
J K   SIVAN 

Show me one man who is not having any problem?  It is  impossible, because  every one has some problem or the other, because life is full of challenges,and the problems vary  only in degree and nature for all.  But  there are certainly some simple pleasures which  remarkably balance the situation and put us back to face life  with fresh energy  and meet the challenges ahead..  Such  opportunities  giving  momentary happiness  are  happening in everyone's life and these should not be missed,   but enjoyed heartily., despite their lasting for a brief period, say a couple of minutes at the most. What are those fortunate moments, are plenty in number but let me try list a few for you.

*The thought of our childhood, our first day in  school,   the fear and crying , not interested in  learning to read and write.   Now when you think of it, you laugh and forget yourself for a while. 
 *When people say in appreciation, when we do something rightly, we feel happy and  feel proud.
*When you enjoy  seeing or  reading a comedy, a joke,  we laugh hearily. That is  enough to rejuvenate you.
*You are so tired and enter the bath room and the hot water shower bath makes you relaxed and refreshes.  That joy is enough to rejuvenate you though for a short while. You sing happily though you  dont know music and when you come out of  the bath room, you are  renuvenated. 
*When you observe and watch children playing and laughing all by themselves,  It is good for you to pick up the lost nerve.  When the  child does what you told  or taught him or her to say or do something,  it makes you very happy.
*The friendly and affectionate look of a dog, pup, cat, or a cow on the road near your gate  makes you feel happy.  
*Getting up early and doing a little bit of walking  stimulates you making you feel very happy. 
*When you get time you listen to the song you like most and it will refresh you.
*A warm hug from a friend  one makes you feel happy.
*Happiness is only in your thoughts not anywhere else.
*If you feel you have enough money to take care of your needs that confidence and thought, makes  you feel happy. Be prudent with your money management.
*Watching the movement of trains, ships, planes, animals and birds make anyone happy. Never miss the chance you get.
*Enjoy the company of your friends.  I do it continuously.
*You naturally feel happy when someone says something nice about you.    .
*Watering the plants and observing the new buds and flowers, enlivens you from worries.
*If you cannot  go physically to the sea shore, beach or a mountain, or hill, you can at least,  watch the natural scenes, sunrise, sunset, water falls, rivers , hill tops  and green valleys, snow clad mountains etc., on whatsapp, youtube or  facebook and you will feel refreshed.
*Communicate with friends  and  others,  frequently without hurting them or inquisitive about their personal matters.  They will like you and make you very happy. 
*Playing with pets is a joy. Teach the children to love  fellow beings .
*Enjoy your hot cup of coffee  or tea slowly sipping it  while sitting relaxed..
*Present your friends and  children gifts and you will receive in plenty in return, which will bring more  happiness  to you.
*Never forget to smile at every one you meet.

You will come to know that you are not one to be missed by your friends and others, if you are in perfect joy in moving with them adhereing to at least some of the above.  I found it  in my experience
