Why Positive thoughts




Why 
Positive thoughts

Quite often we  curse ourselves 
forour own attitude and action. 
​ We regret and feel we could have handled the 
situation better, in a more acceptable manner with appreciable result!   Why this?  

When we act on an  impulse 
​ whal else could be the situation?  We need to control the emotion because it would help greatly in overcoming such a situation in life 
​ and for this only we need to develop positive thoughts
. It would save us from many difficult and t
rying situations.

​Many of us just use the word  ''positive thought 
​'' without knowing that those thoughts which give us and others the experience of our original virtues like peace, love, bliss, happiness, etc. 
​ help us to  accumulate 
​ our inner strength and equip 
​us to  be constructive. Positive thoughts are always beneficial in all circumstances
​. 

​Positive thinking does not mean one just  believing in himself that  he is always well and doing well;   In fact, positive thinking involves
 looking at problems and recognizing reality,​ and his ability to find solutions 
​to issues, ​without becoming obsessed or confused. 
​ It requires 
tolerance, patience and common sense.

A
​ positive thinker is calm and quiet, and is aware of the weaknesses of others,
​and capable of direct
​ing their attention towards their 
​own 
positive characteristics.

Positive thoughts make 
one happy and ​reslults in decrease of baseless e

xpectations. No need to demand  respect, recognition, or even calm, from 
​others thus mak
​ing relationships much easier 
and comfortable. 
 This is the best way to create long-lasting and harmonious relationships. 

When you have inner happiness, you have the strength to accept other people as they are​. There is no need for wanting them to be different. This acceptance produces more peaceful relationships.

​A positive thinker create
​s confidence in others and helps them develop similar positive atttude because of his 
virtues and limitations, without pretense.

​The positive thinker's  body also benefits greatly, since 
​he has a balanced, harmonious mind 
​ and so less susceptible to illnesses. A person who has many useless thoughts will often feel very tired because 
​such thoughts eat away his energy 
​because of unnecessary a
nd inefficient thoughts.

​Positive thoughts therefore energises and strengthens the mind. He is nou
rished with positive thoughts. ​ You know lthat a  healthy mind is the basis of a balanced personality.
