SREE KRISHNARPANAM SEVA SABHA -

SKS SABHA was launched yesterday on the first Sunday of 2018 (7.1.18) at No. 20 First Main Road, Ramnagar, Nanganallur, Chennai 600061 by Sri V. Kalyanaraman, Chartered Accountant from Papua New Guinea, who was the Chief Guest to distribute the first copy of 2018 Krishna Calander of SKSS and the recipient being Sri Murali Srinivasan, MD of M/s Technocrat Pvt Ltd., Chennai.

The functioon started

 with a couple of prayer songs from Baby Kanishka followed by chanting of Vishnu Sahasranamam praying for the health of the ailing President of SKSS Sri Keeranur Ramamurthy.

There was a special Venuganam program organised to celebrate the event by VAMSIKALADHARA, Sri N. Visweswar who was ably accompanied by two young vidwans, Master Vignesh Thyagarajan, on violin, and Master Avinash Anand on mridhangam, from USA.

What was special about the flute concert was that it was completely a program of ''Listener's choice'' the artiste playing whatever song requested by the audience to everyone's full satisfacation.

SKS SABHA aims to introduce talented budding artistes in any branch or class of Artistry, be it vocal,instrumental, art, dance, mimicry, speech,discourse one act play etc., and extends support to elders, ladies and others also whose innate talent remains unexhibited so far. We invite those of you who have come across such talented persons to be identified and informed to us for introducing and staging them at time and place convenient.
